Instructors can use chat widgets like Tawk.to and it will be displayed on the instructor profile page.
1. Sign up and log into tawk.to.
2. You can find Live Chat Widget at My Panel > Setting > Extra Information (On the top bar). Paste the script and click save.
3. Copy the widget script, and paste into Live Chat Widget code column. Remember to remove the first 2 and last 2 lines of code.
4. Go to your profile page, you can see the floating chat button at the bottom right of your page.
5. Check on your tawk.to inbox to reply messages instantly. You can also download mobile app for Android or IOS, which will help you chat with students or give support to your customers wherever you are.
