How to add a zoom or custom link ?

You can add an external URL link to conduct live class. Learnn platform is integrated with Zoom and Bigbluebutton but you can use any other live meeting providers, begin by

1. Log into your account

2. My Panel > Courses > My Courses

3. Click the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the each selected course > Edit course.

4.     On the top bar, select step 4/8 (Content).

5.      Under Section, click the “+” button on upper corner, select Create Session from the  dropdown menu.

6. Select live class provider. If you are using ZOOM, you can connect your zoom account to Learnn by generating a  JWT token. Otherwise, copy and paste your Zoom meeting URL in Custom Link Field.  

Link: The meeting URL that will be accessible for the student at the meeting time (It will be generated automatically when using Zoom or BBB).
Password: If the meeting provider that you use, requires the password for joining the live classes, you should define the password. This password will be displayed for students.
If you are using Zoom or BBB using the platform API, it will be generated automatically.

7. You can enter a title, descriptions and other details like duration and class delay time. Turn toggle on for drip content if you wish to force learners to pass the previous part.
8. Click Save.
9. Click Send for Review button at the bottom of the page to publish your content.
